The Blue Star Academy is an advanced travel team and technical training program within Lou Fusz Athletic (LFA) that is focused on the elite development of our most competitive lacrosse players. The Academy exists to identify top performing middle school and high school players that strive to play at the collegiate level. With a focus on technical skill development, high-level positional coaching, and competing in leagues and tournaments against the best of best, Blue Star empowers our lacrosse players to reach their full potential.

The Academy continually challenges the players with a top-notch curriculum in a fast-paced, competitive atmosphere. Utilizing world-class indoor and outdoor facilities at Lou Fusz Athletic, Blue Star provides the necessary tools and resources for players looking to take their game to the next level. The staff is led by former collegiate and pro players who have transitioned into LFA's veteran coaches. They bring a wealth of lacrosse knowledge and experience to our players.

What you get for playing with the Boys Blue Star Academy Team:

- 3 Competitive & Challenging Tournaments (2 Travel & 1 local) 
- 2x Weekly Team Practices Monday & Wednesdays 8:00-9:30pm at LFA Training Center at Rams Park ( Aug. 31- Nov. 4) 
- Fall League Games (Dates Coming Soon - we are scheduling games against local clubs / teams as there is no established Fall League)
- Blue Star Uniform, Gear & Apparel (uniform, hoodie & water bottle etc.)
- Free College Recruiting Nights & specialty clinics
- Special LFA Partner Benefits & Resources (Children's Hospital, All Ball Pro etc.)

Laxtoberfest (Westfield, IN) Oct. 17-18 (PREMIER TEAMS ONLY)
KC Heartland Fall Classic (KC, MO) Oct. 24-25 (ALL TEAMS)
Great Pumpkin Shootout (St. Louis) / Nov. 7 (ALL TEAMS)

The total cost of the Blue Star PREMIER program will be ($485) & total cost of the RED team will be ($445). Check this price! Hundreds lower than anyone / everyone. Payment includes tournament & league fees, coaching fees, field / equipment costs, admin / organization expenses, Blue Star Academy uniform package and coaches travel expensive. 

We are going to continue to practice as a group for the couple practices before we decide who will officially make the Premier / Red team. We feel like it's only fair to give everyone a few more looks. Plus we do not play any games until October, so we have time,

We will be charging everyone $445, and then those that make the Premier team will be charged an extra $50 for the additional tournament. Please contact me directly if you have any issues with payment.

*Travel expenses (hotel, car etc.) for each individual player are not included and each family is responsible for their hotel. However, we will arrange carpools if necessary.
