Fall lacrosse is focused on small sided play (7v7 or 5v5). This fast-paced format is great for all levels. It simplifies the game and maximizes the touches for players, and minimizes the space for older players to help practice playing under extreme pressure.  7v7 / 5v5  helps unlock a players creativity and full-speed execution. With shorter fields and quick clears, 7v7 / 5v5 lacrosse is faster. Under these parameters, players are forced to play faster. Learning how to play at top-speed, athletes learn to make decisions, execute skills, and flow with teammates at the next level. 

Playing lacrosse with Lou Fusz is the perfect next step for players who want to improve their lacrosse skills and their lacrosse IQ over the Fall months. Players will have the chance to practice and play weekly games and play in a local tournament! All of our Fall teams are coached by current and former collegiate lacrosse players. 

Girls Ages: HS, 14U, 12U, 10U
Boys Ages: 14U, 12U, 10U, 8U

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FALL TEAM PROGRAM?
- 6 Weekly practice // skill development // training sessions (first 45 minutes of each night)
- 6 Weekly games // scrimmages (last 45 minutes of each night)
- 1 local tournament (Great Pumpkin Shootout) -- Nov. 7 (boys) Nov. 8 (girls) at the Lou Fusz Soccer Complex
- All of our Fall teams are coached by current and former collegiate lacrosse players (they are awesome!)
