LOU FUSZ LACROSSE - Blue Star Boys FALL/WINTER Tryouts 2023/24

We are excited to find athletes to join our Blue Star teams and compete against other high-level competition at local/regional fall events. Fusz lacrosse is looking to field teams for our Fall/Winter session, 2033-2024s are all welcome to attend the TWO day tryout. The following will be included in the price for the season-  six week strength and conditioning program, practice uniform, travel uniform, practices, and regional tournaments. 

Times, Dates, and Location- TWO Day Tryout 

• August 2nd and 7th: 2033-2024s (HS Graduation Year)
• Times-  
  • 5:00-6:15PM - 2033-2030s, FIELD 7 - Lou Fusz Athletic Complex (Creve Coeur) 
  • 6:15-7:45PM - 2029-2028s, FIELD 7 - Lou Fusz Athletic Complex (Creve Coeur) 
  • 7:45-9:15PM - 2027-2024s, FIELD 7 - Lou Fusz Athletic Complex (Creve Coeur) 

*Tentative Practice Schedule*

• Practices- Mondays/Wednesdays - Lou Fusz Athletic Complex (Creve Coeur)  
• Tuesdays- eight sessions with a strength and conditioning coach at Lou Fusz Training Center (Earth City)  

Tentative Fall Tournament Schedule

• SXS STL Tournament - Sept. 30th - Local Event (2031-2025s) 

• Great Pumpkin Shootout - Oct. 28-29th - Local Event (2033-2025s)  
• Middle of The Map - Nov. 18-19th - Local Event (2033-2025s)

• Best of Texas - Dec. 9-10th (HS ONLY) - Woodlands, TX (2027s, 2026s, 2025s) HS ONLY  
  

Box Tournament Schedule

• Chicago Indoor Lacrosse Championships - Jan. 14 and 15th 
• Louisville Box Classic - Jan. 28 and 29th

Please reach out directly to Andrew Spillars (Boys Lacrosse Director) to schedule a tryout for your son if they cannot make the listed tryout dates.
