Interested in trying out for the Blue Star Academy, but missed the first tryout back in February? Don't worry, we held a few spots for players like you, and we will be having a supplemental tryout. Come see how you stack up with the best in St. Louis! OPEN TO ALL PLAYERS AND ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS. 

The Blue Star Academy is an advanced Summer Team program within Lou Fusz Athletic (LFA) that is focused on the elite development of our most competitive lacrosse players. Blue Star provides the coaching, training and resources needed to get recruited to play collegiate lacrosse. Come be a part of THE premier lacrosse academy in St. Louis for college bound players.

- Tryouts are OPEN TO ALL HS / 14U / 12U PLAYERS & EXPERIENCE LEVELS
- Practices, League Games and Tournaments are all subject to change due to COVID-19
- Please trust that we are constantly monitoring and looking out for player and family safety
- If travel is not safe, we will have lots of local training and playing options for our players
- Pro-rated credits / refunds are in order if cancellations occur

14U TEAM
What you get for playing with the 14U Girls Blue Star Summer Academy Team:
- 4 Competitive & Challenging Tournaments (2 Travel & 2 local)
- 3-day immersive Summer Training Camp from June 15th-June 17th (7:15-9:00pm)
- Weekly Team Practice -- Wednesdays -- June 17th- July 29th (7:15-9:00pm)
- Thursday Team Practices before each tournament (7:15-9:00pm)
- Weekly Games -- (Either Mondays or Thursdays or both depending on team)
- Special Blue Star Uniforms, Gear & Apparel (uniform, backpack, headband & water bottle etc.)
- Free College Recruiting Nights & specialty clinics
- Special LFA Partner Benefits & Resources (Children's Hospital etc.)

14U Blue Star Summer Tournament Schedule 2020
- NXT Mid-America/The Grail (Indianapolis, IN)/ Jun.  27th- 28th
- Indy Prairie Showdown (Chicago) / Jul. 24-26  
- Lou Fusz Summer Slam (St. Louis) / Aug. 1st (NEW DATE)
- Route 66 Lacrosse Classic (St. Louis) / Aug. 8-9 (NEW DATE)

*The Premier team will play in the High School Bracket of our Summer Slam tournament and the Route 66 tournament to challenge the players. 

Practices & Summer League games
- Monday and Wednesday team practices in June
- Wednesday only team practices in July
- Monday STL LAX Games in July (14U Premier ONLY) July
- Thursday Evening Games -- July (14U RED)
- Thursday Team Practices before each tournament (7:15-9:00pm)
