Red Star Spring ‘24 Boys & Girls Team Information-

Spring 2024 is right around the corner! We are very excited to announce that teams are now forming for our spring only players. Our Red Star program was created for those who are wanting to participate on a team without the commitment level of our competitive travel blue star program. The expectation is to provide the same level of coaching and curriculum of our blue star program, without the spring/summer time commitment. Below you will find practice schedules, tentative game day dates, and registration links.

Practice Schedule (Spring 2024)-

Mondays/Wednesdays starting March 11 (10-14U)

Wednesdays starting March 13 (8U Only)

Dates-

• March: 11, 13, 18, 20, 25, 27

• April: 3, 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24, 29

• May: 1, 6, 8, 12, 15

Times-

• 8/10U: 5:15-6:30PM 
• 12U: 6:30-7:45PM 
• 14U: 7:45-9:00PM 

Game Weekends (SLYLA)-

All teams will be participating in the Saint Louis Youth Lacrosse Association (SLYLA) with games beginning in April and ending the week before Memorial Day.

8-12U: Saturday games

14U: Sunday games

**SLYLA CHAMPIONSHIPS — ALL TEAMS WILL PLAY!**

Required Equipment-

ALL BOYS players will need the following equipment: stick, helmet, shoulder pads, gloves, arm pads, cleats, mouthguard, and cup. If you are wanting to purchase starter equipment, please visit our friends at Ultimate Lacrosse on Manchester Rd. for all of your lacrosse equipment needs.

Girls- Stick, goggles, mouthguard, cleats  

Jerseys-

ALL players will receive and be able to keep their reversible jersey and shorts that will be worn for SLYLA game days.

Registration-

We will be fielding teams from 8U-14U, below you will find links for registration and payment plans are available for each group. USA Lacrosse membership is also required for insurance purchases and every player must have in order to participate in games.
