STL HS GIRLS ACADEMY: Pre-Season HS Girls Spring Training

This specialized training program is open to ALL girls high school players of every skill level who want to sharpen their lacrosse fundamentals and skills prior to the HS Girls Spring 2023 lacrosse season. Whether players want to simply make a high school team or move up to varsity, our high player-to-coach ratio sessions allow for a more individualized approach to training and skill development. This program caters to beginner, intermediate and advanced players with a more customized coaching style, which allows for more focus on lacrosse fundamentals and technique.

Dates: Thursdays, Dec. 1, 15 & Jan. 5, 12 (4 Sessions)
